Producing excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil, high on the hills of Carmel Valley in Northern California.
Our French, Spanish and Italian varietals are organically grown on our estate.
The olives are hand-harvested and cold pressed on the same day, late November/early December, with the help of our friends and family.
On a mountain ridge overlooking Northern California's Carmel Valley, High Top Ranch produces exquisite artisanal olive oil of the choicest order. Our 300 organically grown trees are mostly the coveted Spanish Arbequina, while varying seasonal yields of French (Tanche, Canyon, Saloneque, Aglandau, Grossane) and Italian (Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo, Pendolino, Maurino) varietals lend nuance to a unique annual blend that is ultimately determined by nature itself. The beautiful southwest-facing orchard basks in occasional fog-shrouded nights to bear premium fruit that is hand-harvested at the peak of ripeness in the fall by our loving family and friends. The olives are then immediately cold-pressed, resulting in an oil of unparalleled flavor.

We do not use any pesticides or herbicides relying on Mother Nature.
We harvest by hand using small baskets to avoid crushing the fruit.
In 2010 we were very fortunate to have Rosie join our family after we rescued her from the desert.
